Leaders and Learners

Saintly values leadership and initiative over knowledge. We believe everybody has the ability to grow into dedicated learners. We look for the following characteristics in our volunteers:

Volunteers will be working in a large and collaborative environment. This requires coordination between groups, people, and responsibilities. We expect volunteers to be able to communicate with each other and work together to achieve a common goal.
